Do you accept returns or offer refunds?

Returns/exchanges-

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Each piece is one of a kind and/or made to order.

If you receive your item and it's not what you expected or the size is wrong, please contact me within 3 days of delivery of your item and we can work on resolving the issue.

I want you to love your purchase!  

(I try to be as accurate as possible with photos and descriptions, and to capture color and measurements. Please keep in mind that different monitors will display colors differently.)

***Returned items showing any signs of wear will NOT be considered for any sort of exchange. This includes items with visible wear, hair or pet fur, stains, dirt or smells (body odor, smoke, etc).

 

How long do custom orders take?

Custom orders take  approximately 4- 6 weeks depending on the item. (ie. a sweater will take longer to create than a hat ) But it is well worth the wait!
