Care

Wool is anti-allergenic, regulates body temperature, and repels odor and dirt, which means it needs to be washed far less than most other fabrics. Wool contains lanolin oil which is a naturally anti-microbial. To keep it fresh hang your wool outside (ideally) and it will re-generate its freshness!

If you do decide to wash your items, it is recommended to spot clean, but if you decide to wash, please hand wash!! ***Use a washing machine at your OWN risk!

Hand wash with cooler water (max 30*) with a couple of drops of organic wool soap. Immerse and let soak for no more than 5 minutes. Do NOT let soak longer as the wool will shrink. Please try to maintain the cooler water temperature throughout the process ie. washing & rinsing. Gently rinse the detergent out of the garment, then place it on a towel and gently roll out the excess water, do NOT twist or squeeze as this will distort the garment, and lay it flat to dry.

Store your sweater folded or lying flat, do NOT hang as it will stretch out!

Please handle with care as each item is hand made with love :)

You’ll be contributing to a more sustainable planet by taking great care of your items so that you can pass them on to future generations!
